• Smart Building

    Next generation building energy & carbon management.
    The built environment contributes nearly 40% of global emissions. Our cutting-edge solutions are driving that number to zero, revolutionizing sustainability in buildings.

Real World Results

With the “building operating system” at its core, the solution integrates 5G, AIoT, and digital twin technologies to break down data silos across government, transportation, environmental protection, emergency response, and other departments. It achieves a 40%+ improvement in urban governance efficiency, a 60%+ increase in the response speed of public services, and helps reduce carbon emissions by 8%-15% annually, thereby building a new urban ecosystem characterized by precise sensing, holistic coordination, and resilience and safety.

Technical Benifits

‌Superbrain Hub‌: Cross-departmental data federated learning, supporting million-level concurrent event processing .
‌IoT Perception‌: Deployment of millions of smart terminals across the city, building a “sky-ground-well” three-dimensional monitoring network.
‌Agile Iteration‌: Modular components support rapid integration into new application scenarios .

Proven Use Cases

Security And Trustworthiness‌

Compliant with the national smart city security level 3 protection standard, supporting domestic cryptographic algorithms and privacy computing, compatible with multiple network architectures such as public security video dedicated networks and government external networks, and providing data sandbox protection for the compliant flow of sensitive information.

Social Value‌

Reduces the average waiting time for citizens’ affairs by over 70%, creating a 15-minute convenient service circle;
Enhances the city’s risk warning capabilities, improving the response time for major accidents by 50%;
Activates the value of data elements, incubating over 30 smart application innovation scenarios annually.

Case Study: Science City Building Digital Twin System Project

A large-scale commercial complex above a subway station. The building is the ground-floor commercial space of the zhongguancun digital cultural industry park, with a total commercial area of approximately 60,000 square meters. It consists of seven commercial bases, including a commercial district, a box-shaped shopping center, an office tower, a hotel, and apartments.
The project establishes a digital twin management platform to create a comprehensive model of the entire building, with detailed modeling of the exterior and interior floors of the office tower. This enables centralized data management across all building systems. Through the platform, operational data is displayed, analyzed, and processed, with alarm linkage and scenario control between building systems. Visualized data is presented to park decision-makers and managers, achieving “comprehensive data integration, intelligent control of all equipment, full visibility of on-site operations, and comprehensive event management.”
Functional modules include fire safety scenarios, access control scenarios, energy consumption scenarios, asset management scenarios, surveillance scenarios, indoor navigation, and more.
