Smart Energy Solution Overview

Based on the Internet of Things (IoT) and AI algorithms, we have built a comprehensive management system covering energy collection, analysis, and optimization. Through smart meters and sensors, we monitor energy consumption data such as water, electricity, gas, and heat in real time, combining equipment operating status and production schedules to accurately identify high-energy consumption areas. This enables energy consumption visualization, anomaly alerts, and intelligent strategy optimization, helping enterprises reduce their overall energy consumption costs by 10%-30%.

Case Study: Smart Energy Digital Twin System Project

Currently, the factory’s systems lack advanced informatization, with a strong need for enhanced safety monitoring and optimized production processes. To address critical areas such as safety oversight, warehouse management, and operational maintenance, the project leverages Internet+Industrial Automation technologies to plan and implement a green, digital, and intelligent transformation of the factory.

The integrated solution includes: a core platform, the “Digital Twin Management Platform,” complemented by multiple subsystems covering access control, comprehensive security, smart fire protection, vehicle management, environmental monitoring, energy consumption management, office informatization, production management, warehouse management, equipment management, safety control, and information security. The implementation encompasses both hardware and software deployment, as well as data collection and integration.
