Authorized Operation – Facial Recognition

Before operating the vehicle, personnel must undergo real-name authentication through facial recognition. The system utilizes advanced computer vision technology to extract facial feature points from video feeds and perform intelligent analysis.

This ensures that only authorized drivers can operate the vehicle, effectively preventing job swapping, unauthorized use, and driver substitution.

BSD Blind Spot Pedestrian Detection & Warning System

Supports expansion with one AI-powered blind spot camera input.

The system monitors the driver’s blind spots and detects nearby personnel in real time.

When a person enters the detection zone, the system issues tiered warnings (audio-visual alerts). If the individual approaches the collision zone, the forklift will automatically brake and stop (when integrated with the throttle controller), effectively preventing accidents and enhancing operational safety.

Seat Belt Monitoring & Warning System

Once the seat belt monitoring device is installed, the vehicle cannot be started unless the seat belt is fastened.

The system monitors seat belt usage in real time and triggers alerts when a violation is detected.

Violation data is automatically uploaded to the platform for tracking and analysis, ensuring compliance and enhancing the safety of forklift operators.
